A. If you are a customer:

To fulfill the contractual relationship (processing, validating, shipping, invoicing your order, informing you of order status, managing returns, etc.)
Legal basis: performance of a contract. Refusal to provide data may prevent us from fulfilling the contract.
To fulfill legal obligations related to the services we provide (e.g., tax and archiving obligations).

You may give consent by checking the relevant box when creating your account or afterward in “My Account”. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each message or from your account settings.
Providing data for this purpose is voluntary. Refusal has no negative consequences.

If you choose to delete your account, we will treat this as withdrawal of consent for receiving marketing communications. We will stop sending emails/SMS, but this does not automatically delete your personal data.

To stop processing or request deletion of your data, you can exercise your rights as explained in section 6 below.

f there's an active order on your account when deletion is requested, the request will be processed only after delivery and completion of the order.If you withdraw consent for marketing, processing will stop from that moment onward. Any processing done before withdrawal remains valid.
